What if you could combine the design of your favorite smartphone with the top-notch features of the Sony Xperia Z? Well, T3 is trying to answer that very question by introducing a mockup device that combines some of the best features of Apple, Samsung, HTC, Sony and Nokia smartphones. In the presentation video, T3 introduced the best possible scenario, gathering everything into a concept device called “Ultimate Smartphone”.
The Display
Although everyone is talking about speed and memory these days, I think that the display is amongst the most important parts of a smartphone, since it’s the actual mediator between the user and the hardware. The Ultimate Smartphone has a display that’s inspired by S4’s 5” HD Super Amoled display, protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass technology. We can expect vibrant colors and durability that are perfect for Internet browsing and for watching movies.
More Features
Inspired by the fastest smartphone of 2013 (so far), the Ultimate Smartphone has the same processor as Z Ultra, a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor (probably clocked at 2.2Ghz), 128 Gb of storage, 16 GB of RAM and 4G LTE technology on board. The battery is inspired by Sony Xperia Z and has 6000 mAh and Stamina Mode feature, so you can expect a lot of usage time. Also, there is the projected keyboard found on Cellulon Cube installed.
The body
In 2013, everyone seems to embrace the aluminum case. Although I’m not a big fan of HTC, I have to admit that their latest model, HTC One is pretty tempting. So, the Ultimate Smartphone is using the same material to create a stylish and sleek case with dimensions of 132×68.8x45mm. The smartphone weights 120g and it’s dust proof and water resistant.
Multimedia
Inspired by HTC, the Ultimate Smartphone has dual front speakers with built-in amplifiers and the same 41MP camera that’s presented on Nokia Pureview.
Saving the best for last
As you know, there is a silent war between Android users and iOS users. This concept device could stop the war, since it allows the user to boot Android 4.2.2 or iOS 7. Both operating systems are installed and considering all the specifications of this mockup device, I guess they work flawless.
