Vertu launches Vertu Aster: a 4.7 inch screen luxury smartphone

Vertu “cooked” a new device that combines luxury with top technology. I’m talking about Vertu Aster, a smartphone that doesn’t sacrifice anything in the favor of hardware specifications, design and premium materials.

Vertu Aster runs Android 4.4.2, it features a 801 chipset Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.3 GHz quad-core, a 4.7-inch display with Full HD resolution (1920x1080p), 2GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory storage. The main camera has a sensor of 13MP and it is Hasselblad certified. The front camera has 2MP. The smartphone has LTE connectivity and NFC technology on board, it weighs 195 grams and it has a thickness of 11mm. Of course, the case is made of premium and luxury materials, as you can see in the image above.

Vertu Aster has a battery with a capacity of 2,275 mAh, it’s wireless charging capable and it will be on sale in the UK at a price that starts at £4,200 (about $ 7,000).

I managed to find a short hands-on video with these smartphones. Check the following video:
