Are you rational or intuitive? Take this test to find the answer
People are different, and we have our own strengtheners and weaknesses that we live with every day. The human brain is composed of three parts: the Archicortex and the two hemispheres (left and right) of the neocortex. The right hemisphere is the are where creative and imaginative functions reside and the left hemisphere is the area of reason and abstract thinking. Human brain perceives things as global, but the left side examines all the pieces that we experience. So, the modern man works more with the left lobe of the brain and supremacy seems to be determined by social factors, resulting from this imperfect perception of reality.
The 60’s brought breakthroughs in brain science through the numerous studies conducted in that period. Brain researchers, including Roger Sperry, Michael Gazzaniga, Joseph Bogen and others have studied the brain and the ability of patients undergoing radical surgery of interrupting the connection between the two hemispheres by cutting the corpus callosum, a thick band of nerve fibers that connects the two sides of the brain.
These studies have produced more bewilderment, because each hemisphere showed that the cortex has its own conscious thoughts and his own memoirs, and more, that way of thinking and the work of the two parties is fundamentally different. So, if you want to see which side of your brain is the dominant one, you should take the following test.
